The residents of Monona County may apply for the following programs at the Outreach Center:Low-Income Heating Energy Assistance (LIHEAP), Weatherization, Food Assistance(up to 4 times a year), and Emergency Funds.

Other staff located in this office includes a Quality Rating System Consultant for Child Care Resource and Referral and Family Development Self Sufficieny Specialist (FaDDS).

Special projects include distribution of school supplies in August and a holiday gift program in December.
