The Harrison County Outreach Center has a food pantry that families may use up to four times a year. Residents may also apply for Head Start, Low-Income Heating Energy Assistance, Weatherization, and Emergency Food and Shelter funds. In August, school supplies are collected and distributed and in December, in cooperation with the VFW Women's Auxiliary (#6256), a holiday gift drive is hosted.
